HAMLET PROTEIN WINS AWARD AT CHINESE COMPANION ANIMAL CONFERENCE

Hamlet Protein, multinational producer of soy-based protein ingredients for young animals received a prestigious award for its contribution to the technological advancement of the Chinese companion animal industry at the CAFIC 2025 in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The recognition highlights the company’s commitment to growing its market share across all species segments.

 The 6th Companion Animal Food Ingredients Conference (CAFIC 2025) welcomed more than 600 attendees from the companian animal nutrition industry and provided Hamlet Protein with the opportunity to directly engage with key decision makers and researchers on a wide range of topics.

Hamlet Protein’s technical manager Dr. Eugene Li presented at the conference on  “How  high quality protein ingredients support gut health in pets.” In the Q&A with the audience Dr. Li addressed questions on trial data; gut development; palatability and amino acid profiles.The Hamlet Protein team also attended visitors at its booth outside the conference hall, allowing for interesting discussions on how the company’s solutions can support the health and performance of cats and dogs.

Hamlet Protein Commercial Director Lu Kelun commented: “These conferences provide us with a great opportunity to share our knowledge and latest insights from our global operation with the Chinese pet industry. At the same time, we are learning more about the dynamics in the Chinese companion animals’ market so we can address challenges and opportunities in a better way.
