BranValt Takes Effect as New Global Brand for Bushel Plus
ShareShareShareShareShare

Bushel Plus Ltd., a global leader in harvest optimization technology and innovation, has officially transitioned to its new global brand, BranValt™. First announced in January 2026, the name change is now in effect across the company’s operations, dealer network, communications, digital platforms, and industry presence worldwide.

The rebrand underscores the company’s transformation into a comprehensive provider of harvest optimization solutions, delivering integrated technologies, specialized training, and technical expertise that enable farmers to reduce grain loss, enhance combine efficiency, and safeguard crop value.

“BranValt reflects both our current capabilities and our long-term vision,” said Marcel Kringe, Founder and CEO. “By bringing our innovations, knowledge, and global reach together under a single identity, we are strengthening our ability to help farmers protect every bushel and improve profitability at harvest.”

Founded in Brandon, Manitoba, the company began with a practical solution for accurately measuring grain loss behind the combine. Today, BranValt offers a portfolio of harvest optimization solutions trusted by customers in more than 45 countries and supported by a global network of dealers and industry partners.

A Brand Built for a Growing Global Category

The company’s transition to the BranValt brand comes as harvest optimization emerges as a rapidly growing category within the global agribusiness sector. Farmers are increasingly adopting technologies that provide real-time performance insights, reduce grain loss, improve harvest timing and combine throughput, and optimize labor, fuel, and other operating resources.

According to MarketsandMarkets™, the global precision harvesting market is projected to grow from $21.52 billion in 2025 to $29.79 billion by 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate of 6.7%.1

Growth is being driven by rising labor costs and labor shortages, increasing emphasis on yield optimization and waste reduction, smart farming initiatives, and the expanding use of GPS, automation, sensors, connected equipment, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT technologies.

Kringe said these systems provide farmers with greater visibility into harvest performance and can contribute to higher yields, improved grain quality, reduced crop damage, and lower operating costs.

“Harvest is becoming increasingly measurable and connected,” Kringe said. “Farmers want to know where losses are occurring, how their combines are performing, and what tools will help them capture more of the crop. The growth of this category reflects a clear shift toward using technology and data to make every harvest pass more efficient and profitable.”
