ShareShareShareShareShare

“We are excited to invite you to visit our booth at EuroTier 2024 in Hanover from 12 to 15 November, 2024, where we, Kohshin Engineering from Japan, a leading expert in manure treatment, will be presenting our innovative composting machines for bio-waste treatment.

Discover how our cutting-edge technology can help transform manure and organic waste into valuable resources, improving both efficiency and sustainability.

Join Kohshin at EuroTier 2024! Hall 17, Booth B03

Why composting is better than drying?
Composting is a controlled process where microorganisms break down manure into stable compost rich in humus. This method stabilises nitrogen, ensuring plants receive nutrients gradually, reducing environmental risks. Composting also improves the water retention of dry soils, making it especially useful in areas with low rainfall. This not only promotes healthier plant growth but also conserves water. What Kohshin Engineering offers

Our composters promote the growth of aerobic bacteria, eliminating the need for chemicals or boosters. This process ensures a high-temperature, pathogen-free result with minimal odour. Additionally, the machines run overnight without supervision. Operators only need to load materials and remove the final product.

Our composters have specially designed hatchet blades that chop materials evenly. This is particularly effective for layer chicken manure, producing a consistent and pelletized final product. You can create high-quality, pathogen-free fertilizer that improves soil moisture and nutrients. Our composting system meets global standards, so you can sell your fertilizer both locally and internationally.”

Kohshin Engineering’s composting technology helps you make the most out of your bio-waste, ensuring a sustainable and profitable solution for your farm. Discover the future of waste management with Kohshin Engineering!
