International Dairy Farm Development (IDFD) was established by Ted and Donald Gribble in 2015. We are a group of dairy experts focused on aiding “new to the industry” dairy owners initiate their dairy farm project.
Our reason for creating IDFD came about after observing an increasing number of General Businessmen, Processors and others with very little dairy cattle experience desiring to develop new Dairy Farms. We at IDFD can help navigate this startup process to help mitigate risks.
The goal of the IDFD group is to deliver a council specifically for these types of situations, so that such businesses or individuals can be located and help them to get started in the right direction before they get too far along in the process. The group of “partners” work together each year to provide critical services to develop new dairy farms on numerous projects. In addition, we hold yearly conferences, with presentations centered on preventing the common pitfalls that have been repeated numerous times with these new start-up dairies around the world.
At its core, the IDFD message can be summed up as “Providing Dairy Farm Solutions.”
The next IDFD Conference will be held in Dubai, UAE Summer/Fall of 2020.
